If anything, it
would have been better if she had been reborn as someone else entirely. Perhaps

Looking at the maids
who had fallen to their knees and deeply bowed their heads, Candice froze. The slender woman
with glasses was, if she recalled correctly, the Head Maid. Because for a moment, she didn't understand what
they were trying to say. However, the eyes looking at her were cold and dead.
They seemed to say, The outcome is already decided, so hurry up and get it
over with. Then, along with a throbbing pain in her head, she remembered
