The slimes were
fidgeting as if they were embarrassed.
"No, no, no way!!
It's not like they just showed up, is it!?"
After involuntarily
retorting at the three swaying slimes, I hurriedly covered my mouth and looked
around the hallway. Fortunately, the landlady seemed to have already gone to
work, and there was no sign of her reacting to my voice. "Ah, you
see...!" Feeling relieved, I thought about giving the slimes a good
scolding, but I swallowed hard. This wasn't the time.
Each one was about the

The three of them were
moving around. I wondered if they would be alright.

worried, when I finished work and returned, the transparent cleaning slimes
were happily eating dust under the bed, making everything around them sparkling
clean. The whole room seemed to have a halo. Although they had come out from
under the bed, they apparently hadn't gone outside.
"O-oh..." I
felt, squinting at the dazzling light, and placed the extra portion of food I
had received for the slimes on the ground, but they already seemed satisfied.
Still, human food is
something else, isn't it, they seemed to say, swallowing the crust of bread
into their transparent bodies and swirling it around inside. Good for you.
Anyway, "Hey, why did you come all the way here?" This was a serious
matter. Since the floor was already sparkling clean, I sat up straight and
faced the cleaning slimes. My tamer skill was always active, so I could
understand what they wanted to say. It was about the level of being able to

They were too nice.
Perhaps they were the
slimes I had first met and directly ridden on. Since I wasn't using the

them. To be honest, even when we were marching in a large slime procession,

The slimes were
