When she opened her eyes, a familiar, pure white ceiling
came into view.
「Eh……?」
She felt a sense of incongruity with her own voice. When she

With overwhelming military power and the people on his side, he forced the Emperor to abdicate, and subsequently murdered everyone residing in the Imperial Palace. The Imperial Palace and the Inner Palace were smeared in blood. Even now, he rules the Empire with overwhelming military might, and no one is permitted to defy him. And Valentin has only four children. This was because marriages were arranged to balance the country, and he was blessed with only one child per Empress. All of them had different mothers, and behind the scenes, a fierce battle unfolded to make their own child the successor.
