"Natūra, the
Goddess of Tree Love. Please keep this name in your heart and direct your love
toward me to the fullest."

The woman who suddenly
appeared, calling herself Natūra, bowed gracefully, holding the hem of her
skirt.
But, the moment I
heard the word 'god'───I instinctively thrust
out my left hand and unleashed an explosive magic spell.
Explosions occurred
repeatedly at the feet of the woman named Natūra, and thunderous sounds that
shook the forest rose with smoke.
After that, without
sparing a glance at the results of the explosion, I immediately teleported to
Akana, the girl, and embraced her───
"S-Sage!? What
are you───"
"There's no time
to explain! Let's go!"
I kicked the ground powerfully
for the first time in a while, jumped onto the trunk of one of the trees
standing in a row, and then kicked off again to jump to another tree, repeating
the process to leave this place.
The girl's guards
followed me, jumping from tree to tree in the same way.
"Sage! What's the

One of the guards

Convinced by my words,
she remained silent for a while as we continued to jump from tree to tree.
But then, the woman
asked me another question.
"Then, let me
rephrase my question. Why didn't you abandon us and run away alone?"
The woman looked at me
as if to gauge my reaction.

several parts. All the branches converged and extended to pass through a single
point.

One of the guards───a man named Jougo───had been impaled
through and was crucified on a single tree.
