The Battle Master job
can wear gloves, gauntlets, and boots, but cannot equip weapons. In return,

Fierce Strike providing +30 ATK, adding the active skill Iron Fist for another
+25 ATK, and then quadrupling the ATK value with the unique skill Fighting
